HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCTS TO BandraRoad?
We have put in a lot of love and effort in each one of our BandraRoad products to give you the best quality and fit, but if for some reason you are unsure about the size or colour, you can write to us on email@example.com to initiate a return/exchange.
- Someone from our team will contact you within 1-2 business days on receiving your email request.
- We may request further information/ or photographs to assess your return request.
- Purchases made on SALE are final and cannot be returned, but we will gladly process an exchange for colour/size if inventory is available.
To initiate a return/exchange, just follow these simple steps:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details [Order Number, item or item(s), return or exchange, size wanted - if exchange]
- Please wait for us to get in touch with you and confirm the request.
- Post confirmation, please pack the product in secure packaging with all tags, stickers and original invoice.
- Send us the product(s) to the address below (the cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by the customer):

- Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in the original, sellable condition.
- Once the return quality has been approved, we will refund the money or exchange the product as requested.
- If an exchange is in order, BandraRoad will take care of shipping!
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
In case the customer does not like the product and request for Refund, it will be processed online within 10 working days. This will be done after the customer returns the product and passes quality check. Products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery.
Cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of the order requested.
