How long does shipping take?

All our products are made to order. Please allow: - Production: 3-4 business days - Shipping: 3-7 business days depending on location

Total delivery time: 6-11 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping coming soon.

What sizes do you offer?

Our oversized tees come in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

What's the fabric like?

Our oversized tees are made from 240 GSM cotton - thick, comfortable, and built to last. The oversized fit gives you that relaxed streetwear look.

Are the prints durable?

Yes. We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing which bonds directly to the fabric. Follow the care instructions and your print will last.

How should I care for my tee?

Wash inside out in cold water
Don't use bleach
Tumble dry on low or hang dry
Iron inside out if needed (avoid ironing directly on print)

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Since all products are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection. However, we'll replace or refund if: - You receive a damaged item - You receive the wrong item - There's a printing defect

How do I request a refund?

Email us at support@bandraroad.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: - Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) - UPI - Net Banking - Cash on Delivery (COD)

Is COD available?

Yes, COD is available for an additional ₹50.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

Yes! All prices shown include GST. No surprise charges at checkout.
