1. Print-on-Demand Products

Since all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for: - Change of mind - Incorrect size selection - Color variations due to screen display differences

2. Eligible Refunds

We will provide a full refund or replacement if: - You receive a damaged or defective product - You receive the wrong item - There is a printing error or quality issue

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please: 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order 2. Email us at support@bandraroad.com with your order number 3. Include clear photos showing the issue 4. Describe the problem in detail

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and review your request: - We will respond within 2-3 business days - If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method - Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

5. Replacements

For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. We will cover shipping costs for replacements due to our error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without proof of defect or damage
  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
