Bandraroad ships across India. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are custom printed on demand. Please allow: - Production time: 3-4 business days - Quality check and packaging: 1 day

Total processing before dispatch: 4-5 business days

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location: - Metro cities: 3-5 business days - Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days - Other areas: 7-10 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on: - Delivery location - Order weight and size

Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (check current promotions).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive: - Email notification with tracking number - SMS updates on delivery status

You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you for re-dispatch.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned due to: - Incorrect address - Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts - Address not serviceable

For re-dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed: 1. Wait for the estimated delivery window to pass 2. Contact us with your order number 3. We will investigate with the courier partner 4. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order
